Payment & Shipping Policy
We have chosen to use Zelle, Cash or Venmo for payment. Apps like PayPal and Stripe charge a percentage to use. In order to keep $$ in our pockets and not in the bank's pocket, we are using the payment methods mentioned above. The QR codes for these payments can be found in the links section of the webpage.
Your payment including shipping cost must be received before the product will be shipped to you.
We will make every effort to process your order asap, generally within 2 - 4 business days.
If this is not possible, we should have a notification posted about any processing delays, holidays and such affecting postage, etc on the website.
Pre and custom orders are available via email request through the website. We have not addressed a pre-order policy at this time, please be advised all items listed are generally currently available. IF you have a special order request, please contact us using the contact feature in the redberrybathandbody.com website.
We may advertise a Body Butter or Skin Care Product, not requiring a cure time, occasionally only a short lead/set up time, as it will be available soon, or give a specific date.
If you are in fact interested in the product that compliments what you are ordering, We will make every effort to accommodate your request. We will give you the estimated time frame and consolidate your shipping if possible. Please provide that information with your order as well as email me your request.
Orders have shipping options available at checkout that include the estimated shipping times. We are always considering shipping options and the most reasonable and effective methods available.
