Returns & Refunds policy

REDBERRY Bath & Body does not accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of our personal care products. This includes allergies or reactions to any of your product, which we are not responsible for. All of the ingredients are clearly labeled on the packaging of each item.
Please make sure to read the ingredient list before using our products.
I always recommend a patch test, prior to use. Please discontinue use if any rash or irritation is observed.
Our skin care products should NOT be used in the diagnosis or treatment of any condition. We make no claims, rather supply information as to what benefits particular ingredients may be known to have.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us promptly so we can collaborate on a solution.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept physical returns.
